today andy and i went rock climbing at haus rock (near montezuma). i really want to learn how to rock climb more this summer. i was able to reach my first goal which was about half-way to the top. i guess i need to just get stronger really.
we are finally sending our worldteach application off. we should hear from them in about four weeks or so. we are praying that if we aren't supposed to go we won't get accepted. katie and pete will be moving in below us june 1st, so we are excited that we are going to have some cool, new neighbors.
this afternoon i went running, and i was reminded how thankful i am for where we live. the mountains and clean air are so wonderful. i was also thinking how god uses all situations we are in to teach us and to grow us. i thought we should call our blog 'works in progress' because that is what we really are.
our family camping trip is june 9-11, and andy and i are going to climb yale on the morning of the 9th, so if any of you are family reading this and want to join us, let us know. the more the merrier. i am so excited that summer is here, only three short weeks of school left.

information overload

It is amazing how much information we take in everyday. I found a very interesting article about it: The Cure for Information Overload. Check it out!

reconnected

We finally got another internet connection, so we might be posting a bit more often now... then again, we might not. We went to Moab again a few weeks ago. Here are a couple pics:
Jillian did a nice endo and scraped her knee.
Here is a lizard we caught. That is all the fun and excitement for today! Talk to you later.
